   How to improve power factor?

Improving power factor is important to increase the efficiency of electrical systems and reduce energy wastage. Power factor is the ratio of real power (active power) to apparent power in an electrical system. A power factor close to 1 indicates efficient power usage, while a low power factor (closer to 0) means energy is being wasted. Here are some methods to improve power factor:

These capacitors act as reactive power generators and help offset the reactive power demand of inductive loads, such as motors and transformers. Avoid Overloading: Operating electrical systems close to their rated capacity can lead to a decrease in power factor. Avoid overloading the system, and consider expanding capacity if needed.

Use Power Factor Correction Services: Some utility companies offer power factor correction services. Consider working with them to optimize your power factor and achieve energy savings.
